Oreo Cookie Crust

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease both the sides and the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a food processor or blender, crush the oreos until they are finely ground.
  3. Transfer the crushed oreos to a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in the melted butter until the crumbs are moistened.
  5. Press the moistened crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pie pan.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack to help the crust firm up.

Notes

  • To make in a 9x13 pan, double the recipe.
