Ingredients

  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 boxes Instant Cookies 'n Creme pudding mix 4.2 oz each
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 14.3 oz Package Oreos chopped, divided

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whip together buttermilk, pudding mix and cool whip.
  2. Add Oreos (reserve 1 c. for garnish) and stir until combined.
  3. Sprinkle with reserved Oreos.
  4. Store in refrigerator.

Notes

  • You will need instant pudding mix so double check the box at the store. You don’t have to make the pudding – the dry mix is added to the buttermilk to thicken and flavor it.
  • You can make the fluff part ahead but wait to add the cookies until right before you serve it. That way they’ll be crunchy and not soggy!
  • I prefer to use Cool Whip because it’s more stable than homemade whipped cream. You can use homemade, but it won’t keep as well so plan to make it an hour before you want to serve it.
  • No buttermilk? No worries! You can make your own buttermilk with two ingredients you probably have on hand.
