Oreo Peppermint Bark (only 4 ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 28 Oreo thins *or regular Oreo's
  • 1/4 cup candy canes *crushed

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
  3. Pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper and smooth into an even layer. Press Oreo Thins into the chocolate.
  4. Move the baking sheet to the fridge to chill for one hour.
  5. Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments until smooth and creamy. Add the melted white chocolate over the Oreo Thins and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the white chocolate and return the baking sheet to the refrigerator to chill one more hour.
  7. Once candy has set, break into small pieces and enjoy.
