Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- ½ cup salted butter
- 20 ounces mini marshmallows divided
- 20 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add in 12 ounces of marshmallows.
- Cook over low heat just until melted, while stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the cereal and remaining 8 ounces of marshmallows, and stir until combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreos until combined.
- Pour into a parchment-lined or greased 9×13 inch pan and gently press into an even layer.
- Let the Rice Krispies cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.

Notes
- Rice Krispies cereal: Or a similar puffed rice cereal.
- Salted butter: I like to use salted butter because the little bit of salt in the butter helps to balance out all of the sweetness.
- Oreo cookies: I use regular Oreos in the treats. However, you can use any flavor of Oreo that you like.
