Outback Steakhouse Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
This dressing combines an Italian seasoning mix with red and balsamic vinegars, vegetable oil, water, and crumbled Danish blue cheese. Blended together, it offers a creamy vinaigrette with tangy, sharp blue cheese flavor ideal for salads or as a steak accompaniment.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix Good Seasons
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese Danish, crumbled
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, and water. Use an immersion blender to blend well.
- Add the blue cheese crumbles and pulse once or twice.
