  • 12 lices Bacon , leftover bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper , optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper and top with a metal cooling rack.
  2. Lay the bacon over the cooling rack in a single layer. Sprinkle black pepper over the bacon (if using.)
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes until crispy and browned.
