Ingredients

  • 9 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 green onions , chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese , divided
  • 1 green bell pepper , diced
  • 1 cup ham , chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, green onions, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and ham.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
