Oven Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspon pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons thyme dried
  • 5-6 pork chops medium thickness
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons parsley fresh
  • ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine all the seasonings together except the fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  3. Place the pork chops on a lined baking tray.
  4. Drizzle both sides with the olive oil.
  5. Season both sides with the olive oil.
  6. Bake the pork chops for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature registers 160ºF. This time will vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops.
  7. Once the pork chops are done, sprinkle with fresh parlsey and lemon juice.
