Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts , bone-in and skin on
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and vegetable oil and place in baking pan.
  3. Cook chicken for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
