Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large baking dish mix all ingredients together. Toss asparagus to ensure that is is evenly covered with the olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Grate fresh parmesan cheese before serving.
