Ingredients

  • 2 lbs asparagus
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Trim or snap the woody ends off the asparagus.
  2. Assemble the spears on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle the spears with olive oil and some garlic parsley salt.
  3. Place the baking sheet on a middle rack of the oven and bake it on broil for about 5 minutes. Serve the asparagus hot or cold.
