Oven Roasted Asparagus in Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 18-20 asparagus spears
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius).
  2. Rinse asparagus and snap off hard ends.
  3. Place in a pan in one layer, drizzle olive oil and roll the asparagus spears so that they are covered with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Roast for about 20 to 25 minutes or until asparagus has softened.
  5. Sprinkle some thick sea salt and fresh pepper.
