Oven-Roasted Broccoli (3 Ingredients)

This oven roasted broccoli floret recipe takes only 3 ingredients and it's crazy easy, quick, and tasty. Even our boys loved these as toddlers!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 2 tbsp oil olive or avocado

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the broccoli florets into equal size pieces. Place broccoli on a baking sheet.
  2. Season with garlic parsley salt and oil. Toss or use hands to spread the seasoning evenly, then spread broccoli into one layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes. Toss and roast for 5 more minutes or until you achieve desired doneness.
