Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil , or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice , garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss the Brussels Sprouts in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, kosher salt and pepper and add to a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 18-20 minutes, or until caramelized.
  4. Garnish with lemon juice if desired.
