Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Ingredients
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salt adjust to taste

Instructions
- Clean the brussels sprouts by slicing them in half and removing the tough outer layers.
