Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage into ½ inch thick slices and lay them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
  3. Brush mixture over the cabbage slices lightly coating each side.
  4. Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15 minutes. Flip cabbage slices and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
