Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan finely grated
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut cabbage into ½ inch thick slices and lay them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
- Brush mixture over the cabbage slices lightly coating each side.
- Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15 minutes. Flip cabbage slices and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
