Ingredients

  • 15 ounces can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon cumin (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Dry chickpeas with paper towel to remove any excess water from rinsing.
  3. Coat chickpeas evenly with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper; spread out evenly on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crispy.
