Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Clean and dry the jar. Place oats in the jar.
- Add Greek yogurt, milk, and maple syrup to the jar.
- Stir. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from fridge. Stir again.
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy. Overnight oats without toppings will stay good in the fridge for about 4 days.
