Owl Lunch
My 9 year old came up with this fun Owl Lunch for Kids for an art competition at his school and did such a great job!
Ingredients
- sandwich thins
- cheese
- turkey breast
- lettuce
- 2 lices cucumber
- 1 baby carrot
- 1 black olive or black grape
- 2 almonds
Instructions
- Fill your sandwich with turkey or any filling that you want.
- Cut cheese slices with a small flower cookie cutter or with scissors for a fun edge. Place the cut out cheese pieces on top rotating the colors.
- Place the cucumber slices on top for the eyes and cut a black olive in half for the pupils.
- Cut a baby carrot in half. Cut out a beak and the feet using a knife. Place almonds on top for the ears and lettuce on the sides for flying wings.
