  • 3 very ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup smooth almond butter
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup raw pecans finely chopped
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 tablespoons grass-fed butter or coconut oil room temperature
