Paletas de Coco [Recipe + Video] Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cup evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup sugar (white, granulated) (or to taste)

Instructions

1. Combine

  1. Mix milk, vanilla and coconut milk. Add sugar to taste.
2. Freeze
  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the popsicle sticks then freeze.When frozen hard (minimum 6 hours or overnight), remove from the molds and enjoy instant summer!
