Paletas De Tamarindo

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tamarindo Pulp
  • 3 cups water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • chili lime powder optional
  • Chamoy optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a jar or large bowl, add the tamarindo pulp, water, lime and sugar
  2. Pour paletas mixture equally into molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or up to 2 weeks. Sprinkle with chili lime powder if desired.
  3. Note: If adding chamoy and/or chili lime powder to the popsicles, do this step prior to pouring the tamarindo mix in the molds.
