Ingredients

  • 160-170 g thin frozen green beans
  • 8 bacon slices
  • salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans if needed. I use frozen green beans, ready to be cooked.
  2. Take a medium pot, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Add the salt.
  3. Place the green beans in the pot and cook until tender. It should take around 8 minutes.
  4. Drain them and put them on the paper towels to cool off a bit. Pat them dry.
  5. Wrap bacon around bundles of green beans (7 or 8 green beans), you don't need to secure it.
  6. Place the green bean bundles in a hot pan with the part where the bacon slice ends at the bottom to make sure that those seal when frying.
  7. Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat from every side (10 minutes in total).

Notes

  • I counted 4 bundles per person per serving.
