Tossed with Italian herbs and olive oil, this simple pan-fried potato dish is going to be a new dinner favorite. Serve them for breakfast or alongside a hearty dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 spring of rosemary chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet to medium high heat.
  2. In a bowl add you potatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything to coat in the seasonings.
  4. Add to your skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
