Pan seared lamb chops

Recipe for pan seared lamb chops. Quick and easy lamb chops seasoned with olive oil and herbs, then pan seared with garlic.

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs herbes de provence or mix of thyme, rosemary, sage, and other dried herbs
  • 1 small head of garlic peeled
  • 2 tbs butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Suggested side dishes:
  • Ripe plantain puree
  • Quinoa salad

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with the olive oil, the dried herb mix, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat.
  3. Add the lamb chops and garlic cloves; cook until the chops are golden on each side.
  4. Serve immediately.
