Ingredients

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spray an 8oz mug with cooking spray
  2. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to the mug and stir together
  3. Pour in the milk, melted butter and vanilla and whisk until combined (some lumps are ok)
  4. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes, check for doneness, and microwave an additional 15 seconds if necessary
  5. Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup
