Pancake Muffins

Ingredients

  • One Batch Prepared Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Optional Mix Ins: Chocolate Chips, Blueberries, Sprinkles, etc.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Line a muffing pan with muffin cup liners or spray pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Just make the mix as you normally would and stir in a mix in if you prefer. Spoon into muffin pan (about 3-4 tablespoons per tin.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes until the tops of the muffins are slightly golden brown.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
  • These are great served as is or dipped in syrup as well!
