Pancetta Pear Pizza

This easy pizza recipe is topped with pancetta & pears, a delicious combination of salty & sweet, perfect for dinner any night of the week!

Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz can pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pancetta diced
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 4 oz mozzarella balls
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread the pizza dough out on a baking stone.
  3. Brush with the olive oil, then top with the sliced pears, diced pancetta, sliced garlic, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
