  • 350 gms – 12 oz. mixed citrus peel chopped
  • 400 gms – 14 oz. almonds toasted
  • 150 gms – 1 cup flour
  • 20 gms – 2.5 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp clove powder
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 280 gms – 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 100 ml – 1/3 cup honey
  • icing sugar
