Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz.) chicken breasts boneless skinless, or cutlets
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish. Spread the mayo evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken. Then, sprinkle evenly with the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees°F.
