Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz.) chicken breasts boneless skinless, or cutlets
  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs Italian seasoned

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken in the baking dish. Spread the mayo evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken. Then, sprinkle evenly with the breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees°F.
