Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice about 1 large lemon
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well until a delicious homologized dressing forms. I like to mix well for about one minute straight to crush the garlic a little better and force those ingredients together.
  2. Enjoy immediately over a bed of salad or use it for a marinade (see notes).

Notes

  • ½
  • This recipe makes 1 cup of dressing.
  • If using this dressing for a marinade. I would use this recipe for every 1 ½ pounds of meat.
