- 3 tomatoes of choice sliced about ¼ inch thick
- pesto sauce
- shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet.
- Top each slice with a teaspoon of pesto sauce.
- Sprinkle with a tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
