Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes of choice sliced about ¼ inch thick
  • pesto sauce
  • shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each slice with a teaspoon of pesto sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. ENJOY!!
