Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets one head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place 3 cups cauliflower florets on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with ¾ teaspoon kosher salt and fresh ground pepper and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven, toss, and sprinkle with ½ cup grated parmesan. Bake for 10 more minutes. Garnish with 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley and serve.
