Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is the best way to eat cauliflower. Nothing beats those crispy cheesy edges and how incredibly easy it is to make.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets one head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place 3 cups cauliflower florets on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with ¾ teaspoon kosher salt and fresh ground pepper and toss until evenly coated.
- Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven, toss, and sprinkle with ½ cup grated parmesan. Bake for 10 more minutes. Garnish with 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley and serve.
