Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower separated in florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place clean cauliflower in a bowl and toss with olive oil coating as many pieces as possible. Place on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes stirring at the 15 minute mark. Cook until florets turn light brown.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the florets and cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
