Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

Delicious easy roasted green beans loaded with flavor from parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp grated shaved, or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Panko bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated 
  3. Spread green beans on a large parchment paper lined baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for 15-20 stirring halfway through. Let cool and enjoy!
