  • 8 small/purple passion fruits or 2 large yellow ones

How to make Passion Fruit Puree

  1. Slice the passion fruit in half with a sharp knife.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop the passion fruit pulp into the cup of a blender, and pulse a few times. Do not worry if the seeds get a bit broken up—we will be straining the mixture to separate them.
  3. Strain into a mason jar or to a freezer safe container for freezing.
