Instructions
- Line a 9” x 13” dish with parchment paper or wax paper. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside for later.
- Measure out the marshmallows, vanilla and Rice Krispies cereal into separate bowls because you will need to work quickly with this recipe.
- Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan or a Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the pre-measured cereal until fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the sprinkles on top of the treats, and gently press them in with a rubber spatula or with greased hands.
- Melt colored candy melts according to package directions and drizzle over your treats in whatever pattern is pleasing to you.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing them from the dish and cutting them into squares.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- I cut my treats into squares. If you cut yours larger or smaller, you will have a different number.
- How to store: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. After this point, the treats will begin to harden.
