Patta Gobhi Ki Sabzi | Cabbage Stir Fry
Patta Gobhi Ki Sabzi is a lightly cooked cabbage stir fry featuring green cabbage sautéed with cumin seeds, turmeric, and chili powder, with optional moong dal added for texture and protein. Cooked either in an Instant Pot or on stovetop, the dish retains a balance of softness and slight crunch, seasoned simply to highlight the cabbage's flavor. Garnished with fresh cilantro, it serves as a flavorful vegetable side or light meal component.
