Ingredients

  • 7 egg boiled and peeled, large
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pickle relish sweet
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
For garnish:
  • paprika
  • gherkin pickle sweet
  • Pimentos

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
  3. Mash the egg yolkds with a fork.
  4. mix in the mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Evenly fill the hollowed-out egg whites with the yolk filling.
  7. Sprinkle them with paprika, pickles, and pimentos for garnish.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
