Ingredients

Pavlova:
  • 50 ml 1/4 cup, 4 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup fine (berry) white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
  • 1 tbsp blood orange zest (from about 1 orange)
Blood Orange Curd:
  • 1 cup Blood Orange Curd (see note below) or other citrus curd*
White Chocolate Whipped Cream:
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
