PB&J Protein Yogurt Bowl

This PB&J Protein Yogurt Bowl combines Greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter and cottage cheese for a high-protein creamy base. Fresh or thawed berries add fruity sweetness and a slightly tart contrast, while crunchy Catalina Crunch cereal on top contributes texture reminiscent of traditional peanut butter and jelly flavors. This no-cook dish provides a balanced mix of creaminess, protein, and fruit, making it an easy breakfast or snack option.

Ingredients

  • 1 .3 oz container yogurt plain Greek yogurt also works, Siggi's Strawberry or Mixed Berry
  • 2 Tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup berries frozen, thawed
  • ½ cup Catalina Crunch cereal

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix together yogurt and PB2 in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the cottage cheese.
  3. Add berries a bowl, top with PB yogurt mixture. Add cereal on top and enjoy!

Notes

  • Using lower sugar yogurt such as Siggi's strawberry version reduces added sugars in the bowl.
  • The recipe is inspired by a similar concept from Carly Fliegler.
