PB&J Protein Yogurt Bowl

This PB&J Protein Yogurt Bowl combines Greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter and cottage cheese for a high-protein creamy base. Fresh or thawed berries add fruity sweetness and a slightly tart contrast, while crunchy Catalina Crunch cereal on top contributes texture reminiscent of traditional peanut butter and jelly flavors. This no-cook dish provides a balanced mix of creaminess, protein, and fruit, making it an easy breakfast or snack option.

Description

The bowl is prepared by blending yogurt and PB2 powdered peanut butter to develop a peanutty, smooth texture. Cottage cheese is then stirred in to contribute additional creaminess and protein. Berries, either fresh or thawed frozen, offer bursts of sweetness and natural juice that complement the nutty base. The addition of crunchy cereal on top adds a satisfying texture contrast, finishing the bowl as a wholesome, nutritious meal component. This recipe is simple, requiring no cooking, and allows ingredient substitution for different yogurt flavors to alter sweetness and taste.
