Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup lowfat granola

Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches and blueberries.
  2. In two bowls or parfait glasses, layer peaches, blueberries, yogurt, and granola.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • To make ahead - prepare the bowls or glasses and store them covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Leave the granola off when making in advance so that it doesn't become soggy.
  • Fresh fruit is always best but if it isn't available, you can use frozen fruit that has been thawed and well-drained.
