Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
- ½ cup blueberries rinsed and dried
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup lowfat granola

Instructions
- Prep the peaches and blueberries.
- In two bowls or parfait glasses, layer peaches, blueberries, yogurt, and granola.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- To make ahead - prepare the bowls or glasses and store them covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Leave the granola off when making in advance so that it doesn't become soggy.
- Fresh fruit is always best but if it isn't available, you can use frozen fruit that has been thawed and well-drained.
