Peach Burrata Salad
This Peach Burrata salad is filled with peaches, burrata, tomato, bacon, and onion. The flavors compliment each other perfectly!

Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 8 ounces burrata, cut or torn into bite sized pieces
- 1 large peach, sliced
- 4 lices bacon, cooked and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 /4 purple onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (about - give or take)
- salt and pepper
- balsamic glaze (you can add some balsamic vinegar too if you like it with a little more dressing
Instructions
- Take Burrata out of the fridge and let sit in a bowl or on a plate for 15-20 minutes before serving. Burrata is best served closer to room temperature to get the full flavor.
- In a large shallow serving bowl, layer the greens. Place the Burrata pieces on top. Layer with the sliced peaches, bacon, tomatoes, and onions.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper making sure to season the burrata pieces well. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and eat.

Notes
- If peaches are out of season, here are some winter fruits you could substitute. However, tomatoes are sweet on their own so you could leave out the fruit.
