Ingredients
- 2 lbs peaches sliced
- 1 box 3.4 oz. cheesecake pudding mix
- 12 oz whipped topping
- 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 18 oz yogurt peach
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place the whipped topping, cream cheese, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and yogurt into a large bowl. Whisk together until thoroughly combined and smooth. Cover the mixture and refrigerate until ready to make the salad or for about one hour.
- Wash and pat dry the peaches. Cut in half, remove the pit, and slice the fruit.
- Remove the cream mixture from the refrigerator and gently fold in sliced peaches; stir gently to combine.
