Ingredients

  • 2 lbs peaches sliced
  • 1 box 3.4 oz. cheesecake pudding mix
  • 12 oz whipped topping
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 18 oz yogurt peach
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the whipped topping, cream cheese, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and yogurt into a large bowl. Whisk together until thoroughly combined and smooth. Cover the mixture and refrigerate until ready to make the salad or for about one hour.
  2. Wash and pat dry the peaches. Cut in half, remove the pit, and slice the fruit.
  3. Remove the cream mixture from the refrigerator and gently fold in sliced peaches; stir gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
