Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches or thawed from frozen

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the baking mix, milk, and cinnamon until smooth. Then, stir in the melted butter.
  3. Pour the batter into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with the sugar until well coated.
  5. Spoon the sugared peaches evenly over the batter in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
