Peach Jello Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz water
  • 3 oz peach gelatin
  • 1 15 oz can Libby's® Canned Peaches Slices or Halves
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Boil water and stir in gelatin until it dissolves. Add mixture to a blender along with peaches, the juice from the can, and the cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large serving bowl or individual serving cups, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set. Enjoy cold!

Notes

  • *If you can't find peach gelatin, feel free to swap it with a different variety such as strawberry!*You can use fruit juice or heavy syrup varieties, with the fruit juice variety resulting in a fluffier salad and the heavy syrup variety resulting in a denser salad.
