Ingredients
- 6 ripe peaches pitted, skins on
- 7 coops vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Optional: Whipped cream and maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- In a large blender, add the peaches, ice cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Cover and puree until smooth.
